Membership Has Its Privileges

ION is the InterOrganization Network of regional organizations in the U.S. committed to advancing women to positions of power in the business world, primarily to corporate boards and in executive officer positions. ION, a term referring to an electrical charge, was adopted as the name for this organization to define how executive women's networks combine their energies to expand their influence and substantially increase the presence of women in boardrooms and executive suites. By combining energies, ION members leverage their combined strength and influence to substantially increase the number of women who comprise the leadership of corporate America. ION has attracted national media attention.
